Return & Refund Policy

At Oghvy, we strive to provide our customers with a seamless and premium shopping experience that enhances everyday living.
Due to hygiene and quality considerations, products once opened or used cannot be reused or resold; therefore, items are not eligible for return once delivered.

Our products contain active natural extracts and preservative ingredients. Any damage resulting from negligence, improper storage, incorrect usage, or wrong application is not covered under this policy. Additionally, this policy does not cover reactions caused by individual sensitivities or allergies to specific ingredients. Customers are strongly advised to conduct a patch test prior to regular use.

Return Policy

In exceptional cases where a product is delivered in a damaged, leaked, broken condition, or with missing items due to transit, a return, replacement, or refund may be initiated, subject to verification and approval in accordance with Oghvy’s Refund Policy.

Customers must notify Oghvy Customer Care within twenty-four (24) hours of delivery upon receiving a damaged, broken, leaked, or incomplete product, along with the required supporting evidence. Requests raised beyond this timeframe may not be eligible for consideration, except where mandated under applicable consumer protection laws.
