Returns

  • You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

    • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

    • In the original packaging with all tags/labels intact.

  • Certain items such as customized products, personal care items, and clearance sales are non-returnable.


Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be initiated to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.


Exchanges

  • If you received a defective or damaged item, we will happily exchange it for the same product.

  • Please share clear pictures of the product along with your order details when requesting an exchange.
